- Images & Documents: Photos and documents captured during delivery for proof of service.
- Location Data: GPS coordinates at the time of delivery scans and periodic device location updates to associate truck position with loaded orders.
- Device Information: Basic device identifiers for app functionality and troubleshooting.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Facilitate loading, delivery, and return workflows.
- Verify delivery completion and provide proof of service.
- Track truck and order locations for operational accuracy.
- Enable pre-call notifications for customers.
4. Sharing of Information
Your information, including images and GPS data, may be accessed by:
- CDS Logistics employees for operational management and customer support.
- Delivery agent employees involved in fulfilling the delivery.
- End customers for whom the delivery is performed, to confirm order status and view associated documents.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill delivery obligations and comply with legal or contractual requirements.
