With CDS Vision™, we offer just that. CDS Vision™ is our customer portal, and it keeps our customers informed every step of the delivery process. The last mile can be the most important one in a buyer’s journey, and they certainly may remember when it was a poor experience. Visibility + Ops + Inventory + Training all work together as one source of truth from warehouse to route to delivery.
Customers receive a reminder about their delivery three days before the scheduled date and time, have a four-hour delivery window, receive a real-time tracking link, an hour pre-call or text, then a delivery confirmation when orders arrive.

CDS Vision Ops™ is our operations portal, and it’s a go-to system for all things logistics. From optimized routing to resources, we make sure the businesses and manufacturers we work with have the tools they need to be successful.
Utilizing elements of artificial intelligence (AI), our routing system is optimized for efficiency. Route optimization is another key buzzword in the logistics world, especially with technology becoming a more important aspect of business strategy and customer experience.

It’s through CDS Vision Track™ that we offer an all-in-one inventory management system. We utilize a robust scanning system to keep track of products in our warehouses and throughout the delivery process.
Our inventory management system is specifically designed for big and bulky products and tracks key metrics throughout the delivery process. As a part of our metrics analysis, we monitor dwell times, damage rates, and many other variables that help both our customers and us tailor our services for consumers.
